Catch Using Raw or Mystic?

 Raw works like comparing our raw power with the ghost power. If our raw power >= ghost power, it will be a 99,99% successful catch. Mystic works like % catch rate. If we have 5 mystic, then we have 5% chance to catch it. So if we have 100 mystic, will we have 100% catch rate? The answer is NO. Why? Because there is a mystic cap. At the moment, the mystic cap for all region is 25. If you already have mystic higher than 25, you should divert the stats to different stats for example loot chance, attraction, etc

For right now, use RAW if you are going to catch normal or midnight ghost. Use mystic only if you want to catch special ghost which is raw resistant, for example seer ghost, nessy ghost, etc.
